Awesome, 100% Original Studios Hergé in Black Indian Ink. This drawing/design is for a Black Island (L’ile Noire). 

This was a design for a 1966 Black Island (L’ile Noire) themed publication that may have never been publsihed. As shown it is a design for a kids cut-out for a fire engine from the aforementioned book. As such, it was by Hergé and his assistants at Studios Hergé in Brussels in around 1966, and cannot be considered SOLELY a piece by Hergé himself. The layout was most likely done by Herge's assistants and the ink work on this was conclusively Herge.

For provenance/certification: In a few of the photos you will see a printed letter from the original seller, Olivier Van Houte, who is a recognised expert on Hergé's work.
